Routine appointments can usually be made on the same day or within one working day.
For most of our patients it is highly desirable that they come to the practice. We have all our facilities, staff and emergency equipment readily to hand. However, we do realise that at times this may be very difficult for you to manage. If your pet is large, heavy or unable to come to the surgery, either because of your transport difficulties or because of your pet’s health, house-calls can be requested. We will endeavour to plan visits, where possible, to suit your needs.
On occasions, it may be necessary to alter your appointment or re-arrange surgery times at very short notice. This will always be as a result of emergencies, which will always take priority. We apologise if appointments have to be re-arranged, however, you will be given another appointment at the earliest possible convenience.
