Emergencies during our opening hours
If you find yourself in an emergency situation while we are open, please call us on 01789 261471 so that we can offer advice and arrange for you to visit us, if required.
Our opening hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.45pm
- Saturday: 8.30am to 12.45pm
- Sunday: Closed
If you need to bring your pet to see us in an emergency, our emergency consultation fee during our routine surgery hours is £55.
Outside of our routine surgery hours (during our opening hours), our initial emergency fee is £109.99. For further information, please get in touch.
Emergencies while we are closed
If you have an emergency outside of our opening hours, please call Willows Veterinary Centre and Referral Service directly on 0121 7127071.
Their team will advise you on how to proceed and can arrange for you to visit them, if required. Please note that you will be responsible for transporting your pet to and from Willows Veterinary Centre.
